0.2 Release

This provides a bug fix to ScriptRunner where the cause Exception may not be outputted.

In addition the threadly library has been updated to the latest version, with internal API changes adopted.

0.1 Initial release

The initial stable release of the library!

While we wanted the API to be fully stabilized, we are going to use the 0.X scapegoat and say that API changes may still be ahead.

This initial release however is very useful and stable, having been used behind the scenes in production integration and load testing for over a year now.

This is only a starting point of this library, with time it will become much more useful and easier to use. I probably waited too long in having this initial release (the API stabilization was the big reason for holding back).
