This pull request encompasses several updates aimed at enhancing the DevOps environment:

  1. Terraform Updates: Updated Terraform configurations to improve infrastructure provisioning and management.
  2. AKS Version Update: Updated the version of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to the latest availale version.
  3. Transition to Azure Application Gateway for Containers: Replaced AKS Application Gateway Ingress with Azure Application Gateway for Containers.
  4. Documentation Updates: Made numerous updates to the documentation to reflect the changes made and some adhoc changes.
  5. GitHub Actions: Completely overhauled the workflow for Terraform in GitHub Actions for improved automation
