Drop CentOS 8 Stream support and add AlmaLinux support

Updated pipeline configurations to drop CentOS 8 Stream support and add AlmaLinux support for candlepin in theforeman.org/pipelines/vars/candlepin and pulpcore in theforeman.org/pipelines/vars/pulpcore.
