Support for AWS provider 5+ #23

The current module only support AWS terraform provider ~> 4.0.
AWS provider 5 release a few month ago but cannot be used in conjunction with this module with the current restriction.

Would it be possible to change this to >= 4 or equivalent to support me using the module?

Any word on when this can be implemented?
It's about 4 months since 5 released

Once the team has finished with the shift from SDK to framework, this might get further attention
