First course of action should be to call 311 and see if you can find out who in Transit Operations you should talk to about a certain kind of data. People can be helpful. If you are having trouble being friendly, you can resort to a "Sunshine request" (there is law requiring public data to be made available by request), call 3-1-1 and say you want to make a sunshine request.
