GPSStatus can have several valid fixes not just STATUS_FIX
We found in testing that with an RTK base station it reports STATUS_GBAS_FIX and thus the extended fix doesn't populate
This changes the behavior so that as long as it doesn't have an invalid fix it will populate the message properly
