With verbatimModuleSyntax set to true in tsconfig.json, library users get errors like this: > 'Fetch' is a type and must be imported using a type-only import when > 'verbatimModuleSyntax' is enabled. This commit fixes the errors by using type-only import syntax for the affected types.

This pull request fixes errors that occur when verbatimModuleSyntax is enabled in tsconfig.json. The affected types now use type-only import syntax.
I get similar errors in my app code because my VSCode is set to display all workspace errors with
typescript.tsserver.experimental.enableProjectDiagnostics
