A lot of my stuff is about resurrecting unusual vintage displays and making boards to help people do whatever they want with them. Especially the ones that are suspiciously cheap on eBay, because usually the reason for that is that no one has made any driving circuitry available and it's a huge project just to get it running, let alone have it display something cool.
I try to do the groundwork stuff and open source it so people can get on with the rest of their project.
If you find an old display you can't make heads-or-tails of, let me know and I can make you a board to drive it.
I'm also working on a jumperless breadboard and that's basically been my full-time job for a while now and should be available pretty soon (and I'm always looking for contributors, I'd be happy to send you the hardware to mess around with)
