GremGram

In plain simple terms this is an Instagram-clone where you can create your own profile,add images,like posts,follow,unfollow and be followed by other users.

What works

• Signing in and logging out.
• Add a profile.
• Add an image.
• Follow people.
• Unfollow people.
• Like an image.
• Commenting on an image.

What you can't do

• Search for other users.

How to download the application into your device

• On Github navigate to the main page of the repository.
• Under the repository name, click Clone or download.
• In the Clone with HTTPs section click to copy the clone URL for the repository.
• If you chose the clone method, head over to the terminal and simply type..$ git clone
• Go to where you saved the project.
• Check the requirements.txt file and install all packages that are there.
• After that in the root folder inside your terminal type pip3 python manage.py runserver

How to use it

• If you are on the live site search this on your tab to sign in https://gremgram.herokuapp.com/accounts/register/
• If you are on the local site search on your tab http://127.0.0.1:8000/accounts/register/ to sign in.
• Or you want easy work? just use this dummy user as a way to experience the website

• The nav bar shall direct you to what you can do click on the person icon to create your profile.
• Go to the upload icon if you wanted to upload an image.
• On the homepage click on an image if you want to see that user's profile.
• You can click on the image to like or comment
• Go to the second icon and you can see images uploading by the people you followed only.
• To log out just head over to the furthest icon on the right and click it.
