QA release for Ben

Ben needs an up-to-date tag for doing QA. This release is not meant for the app store.

Linux drag/drop fix

This release fixes a drag/drop bug on Linux. Fix coming from the wb framework.

Support for new timecode [field]_text fields

This is a pre-release tag, including code that hasn't made it out of review. But this is the only release that is compatible with the current schema on the Cuts 2016 site.

Pre-release for QA 2 (restored Version code)

This release contains an improved combined Entity and Entity_type screen, the new skip button, and restored Version code. We're still not creating Versions and I am unclear what exactly isn't happening that should. So either this release fixed an issue I don't understand how to vet, or it didn't and I'll need a clearer idea of what's missing.
