Changes

Remove tar size calculation and replace it with counting a run through the create.

Add check to verify that changing the max is required.

Fixes #269

Fixed local source code progress bar output that displays the actual size of the data being transferred.

Remove tar size calculation and replace it with counting a run through the create.

Add check to verify that changing the max is required.
