Witness enabled release

The Bitcoin witness function, also known as the witness data or witness script, is a crucial component of Bitcoin's transaction structure, particularly in Segregated Witness (SegWit) transactions. In traditional Bitcoin transactions, the witness data includes the digital signatures that prove ownership of the bitcoins being spent. However, in SegWit transactions, this witness data is separated from the transaction data, forming a distinct part of the transaction structure.
