@tferr JGraphT 1.4.0 is the last version to support Java 8. The next version, 1.5.0, requires Java 11.
Do you need JGraphT 1.5.0+? Or were you just proactively bumping the version?
If you need it, this PR can be addressed in conjunction with the Fiji update to Java 21. Otherwise, we can stick with JGraph 1.4.0 for now. What do you think?

@tferr I kept JGraphT at 1.4.0 for now. When we are further along with the Java 21 transition, we can start planning how to bump the pom-scijava Bill of Materials itself past Java 8 minimum, at which point we'll be able to update things like JGraphT easily. |
