IIUC, this PR is blocked only by the merge and subsequent release of saalfeldlab/jitk-tps#8. Right?

And remove most presets without macOS arm64 natives.
I left hdf5 because it *has* updated to 1.5.10, unlike the others.
But it would be nice if the hdf5 preset had a macOS arm64 build.
