The only project I know of in the SciJava ecosystem that was using it is scijava-ops. And that project ended up implementing its own more targeted javadoc annotation processor.

And remove most presets without macOS arm64 natives. I left hdf5 because it *has* updated to 1.5.10, unlike the others. But it would be nice if the hdf5 preset had a macOS arm64 build.
