Improved the logic for sending report logic:

No report is being sent if no keys or certificates are going to expire (by the use of variable SendReport)
Reporting will continue, even if one or more iterations in the foreach loop fail (in my case it was an owner of an application without an e-mail address configured... 1 out of 156 app registrations failed to send to the owner and that stopped the report from being sent to the administrator)
