iCubGazeboV2_5_visuomanip: add support for gz-sim #249

This PR adds the files for using the visuomanip model in gz-sim.
As you can see from this screenshot also the coupling of eyes and hands works fine:

It needs:

Warning

Since there is not yet a depthCamera plugin in gz-sim-yarp-plugin, the left camera is treated only as RGB sensor, for some
reason in this model it was used to be treated as depth sensor.
Since there is not a mais sensor gz-sim plugin, the icub_gz-sim.xml does not contain the wrappers that publishes the MAIS
