Robot DotNet Summer 2015 Alpha 1 Release

This release contains our first release of the Visual Studio plugin for RobotDotNet.

Installing Mono on the RoboRIO is currently unsupported, but everything else should work. For mono installation instructions, see the readme for robotdotnet-wpilib.

This extension is also hosted in the Visual Studio Gallery, so it is easier to install the latest version from there by following the instructions in the documentation for robotdotnet-wpilib.
