Resolves #1

We can npm deprecate the create-replicate-app module on npm afterwards, in case anyone tries to use the old name.

I cut a new release with the new name: https://www.npmjs.com/package/create-replicate

And renamed the repo: https://github.com/replicate/create-replicate

And pushed a final version of the old module with a deprecation message:

$ npm create replicate-app@latest
The `create-replicate-app` npm package has been renamed to `create-replicate`.

To start a new project, run `npm create replicate`

And a deprecation message in the old README: https://www.npmjs.com/package/create-replicate-app
