Update optimal fiber length and tendon slack length values to new values between tasks, and reset scale factors to 1. Changed MTP to return a modified inputs struct.
plotMtpHillTypeMuscleParams now plots absolute changes if precal optimizes absolute length changes.
finalValues now is directly edited in getMtpResultsToSave.m to set optimal muscle fiber length and tendon slack length scale factors.
