Refactorings and improvements

Complete big refactoring changes.

• Added Travis CI with logic tests
• Added CodeClimate CI tests
• Added documentation in the README file
• Removed misc module and all relations with MOE project
• Fixed found bugs

Tag alpha version for current working and tested branch before the big change with refactored code is added.
