Framesets need to special consideration in order to be tested. When a page has a frameset, it does not have a body element, so we can't expect this element to be present for attaching Quail to.

The frameset and frame tests have been commented out of tests.yml. Uncomment them and rebuild quail with grunt in order to activate them for development.
