Adds support for the IcarusQ RFSoC alpha version for 0.2 and introduces an AWG class to help implement common methods for AWG-based instruments.
The AWG class generates the IQ and DC waveforms per pulse sequence and implements sweepers on software recursively to provide access to some sweeper functionality.
