  1. Remove Mingw dependent things 

    to compile you will do it like this for mingw:
cmake -G"MSYS Makefiles" -DFBGEMM_LIBRARY_TYPE=shared -DBLAS_INCLUDE_DIRS="$MINGW_PREFIX/include/openblas" ..
