  2. Fixed the ikgt-core commit id 

    ikgt-core project has been archived, hence cannot create branch for
U-MR0. Thus pointing directly to commit id of the project tip.

  4. Reduce sync time by increasing parallel sync 

    This patch will reduce the repo sync time by ~half.

Tests Done: repo sync -c --force-sync
