This PR bumps the package versions to
0.0.1, omitting the pre-release-alpha.xsuffix which causes some issues with bumping versions and updating the latest homepage on NPMJS.The use of Git submodules is removed for
react-native-quick-sqlite.This updates the monorepo README to link to sub package READMEs.
