- improve readability
- add comments and examples
- recognize more organization types
- umlaut/encoding issues
Using a collections.namedtuple for a less repetitive mapping.
Rostock's ALLRIS contains a DIV "rismain" instead of "rismain_raw".
allris in Rostock lists three additional organization types: * Ortsbeiräte * Aufsichtsräte * sonstige Gremien
