Initial implementation of the generateL2RasterProductByConceptId endpoint which allows for direct capture of cycle/pass/scene/CRID information directly from the reference granule instead of needing to be passed in manually. Includes a new CmrSearchService which facilitates this lookup against the CMR GraphQL endpoint
