L2SS spatial subsetting fails when ordering from Earthdata Seach

After some debugging, it seems like there is an issue with the L2SS service when ordering from Earthdata Search with a shapefile for subsetting. We have confirmed we are successfully passing a valid shapefile. When the request is made to Harmony we receive the following error:

WorkItem [16079488] failed with error: podaac/l2ss-py:2.4.0: Service request failed with an unknown error

Do you recall what cloud collection(s) had this issue?

note: I will plan on using CYGNSS_L2_V3.1 for this testing

@sliu008 Can you answer David's question? What collections did you create this for and fix?

L2SS-Py - v2.6.0rc14
HiTIDE UI (UAT)- v4.16.0-RC.6
HiTIDE Profile - v4.9.8-rc.1

Since I didn't hear back from DEV regarding the affected collections, I went ahead and validated CYGNSS_L2_V3.1 for this testing.

Confirmed the user no longer receives the respective podaac/l2ss-py error as before
