mxdev.ini and requirements-plone.txt are the input. constraints.txt and requirements-mxdev.txt are the output. We might change some names. I want to publish all these on dist.plone.org.
Update this to only contain the pins that are in versions.cfg without extends.
And unpin the develop packages in versions. This is manual for now.
In the new setup, checkouts.cfg contains version overrides. Might change again later.
I missed Plone and Products.CMFPlone.
I want to focus on constraints for a moment.
Print constraints that are installed, but not pinned in Zope.
I am looking for ways to easily and safely upgrade dependencies without getting too new versions.
This just makes things easier. Slightly edited and commented.
It could be useful as a more proper package anyway. But always tied together with buildout.coredev.
I am going to do this in a different way, in a ranges.txt.
This will generate a ranges.txt file based on a Zope constraints file.
This is made by:
bin/python initialize_ranges.py -c https://zopefoundation.github.io/Zope/releases/5.8/constraints.txt
