Rewrite code using React

This version is complete rewrite of the old Window-Saver. I have used react so that future development can be easy and less time-taking.

Apart from the rewrite, I have also changed the logic to store windows.

• Rather than bookmarking all the tabs I save all the urls in local storage
• Also, when opening the new window, I open the tabs discarded so that load on system is minimum.

The binary attached is for chrome and edge.
