Hide & Seek | Aura-SE gametype

A hardcoded ag_gametype for Hide & Seek (has).

The game starts in a lobby where players cannot kill each other, and as soon as >1 players are in the lobby, a 20 second countdown starts until the next game, at which point the game randomly selects a player to be the seeker. The seeker is frozen in place and blinded. The other players have 30 seconds (or whatever the value of sv_aura_has_timer is) to hide; when their time is up, the hiders are frozen in place [if they are mid-air they will still fall to the floor]. The seeker is unblinded and unfrozen and given the ability to kill other hiders; if they kill other hiders they are found, and the hider who is killed first is the next round's seeker. Once all hiders are found, next round starts after a 20 second hiatus (sv_aura_has_hiatus).
