Goals

• List external MIDI Ports so Logic can get output from HMSL.
• Use any Input for simple examples.
• Use internal ME2000 Synth for simple examples.
• Switch between internal or external port.

Implementation

The HForth MIDI doc describes the use of MIDI-PORT variable to switch between the serial or printer port. We can use that to switch between Internal or External implementations.
