MySQL TokuDB tests on MySQL and MariaDB 5.5

The run.mysql.tests.bash script runs all of the mysql test suites including the TokuDB test suites. This script only works for MySQL 5.5 and MariaDB 5.5.

The test expects that a mysql build is installed in '/usr/local'. This location can be overridden by a command line argument. The test runs all of the mysql test suites that it finds in the 'mysql-test' directory.

The test results are stored in Tokutek's subversion source control system.

Expected results: all tests pass.
