Recogito Tutorial: Metadata

You are invited to fill this section with as much information as you can provide about the document. No field is compulsory (by default, the document will appear in your “My Documents” area with the name of the uploaded file), but it is best practice to always curate the document’s metadata. The “Licence” field is also particularly relevant if you want to enable public access (see Sharing and Permissions).

If you have uploaded multiple documents together, You can edit metadata separately for each of them. You can also change the order in which they appear in the “Document View” by dragging them.
