Migrate to new config structure, update third-party plugins, etc.

  • Fix ESLint config zoo (mix of flat- and "normal" configs across the third-party ESLint plugins and parsers)

Error: ESLint configuration in » eslint-config-love is invalid:
            - Unexpected top-level property "languageOptions".
