Action Item: Verify or add support for multi-slot programming.

Downloading to the BS2e, BS2sx, BS2p24, BS2p40, and BS2pe adds an additional aspect to the protocol beyond that of downloading to the BS2; namely multi-slot programming.

Each of these modules (beyond the BS2) has multiple 2 kByte program slots. Each program slot is programmed separately in a similar fashion as the BS2's single-program slot. The download protocol for these modules includes an extra byte leading the program image that indicates the program slot to download the image into.

This is described in the BASIC Stamp Programming Protocol document.
