This update addresses issue #1649 by verifying that the screen name in both databases are matched. If they are not, the patch will update the screen name in the blocklypop database to match the one used on cloud session.
The update also validates the screen names in both databases during user login to identify and correct any existing erroneous records. This will have the effect of returning previously 'disappeared' project back into existence.
