eJayDecompressor v1.3

Changelog:

• Fixed parsing of *inf.bin files so it doesn't finish prematurely
• Added handling of duplicate output paths for not necessarily duplicate sample files
• Added trimming of trailing whitespace in specified path so arguments such as "dance60inf.bin " still resolve correctly
• The .exe is now 32bit (just as eJay .dll files)
