Added support for custom fields in contact section.

Added support for Chinese

This release adds improved support for Chinese. Section titles will display automatically in Chinese when \cvSetLanguage{chinese} is added to the preamble. This requires typesetting with XeLaTeX.

Fixed checksum issue

Fixed issue where checksum of DTX-file was incorrect.

Internationalisation and long cover letter support

Added support for long cover letters and multiple languages (not fully documented, Dutch and English are only supported for now). Examples have been updated too to illustrate these updates.
