Still needs to be deployed but this is the auxiliary events table that we will use to join issues together.
Ideally, we'd have an
event_id, but we don't currently have that so we will need to join on quite a few columns when doing the join in sqlmesh. I think changing the event table to add the event_id for right now would be too large a change as many things depend on the current schema (I considered it though).
