For upgrade process AgentClusterInstall should be added to ClusterInstance's suppressedManifests in order to prevent updates to it. This commit fixes suppressedManifests getting removed on subsequent reconciles after adding on the first reconcile. Signed-off-by: Saeid Askari <[email protected]>
