There is a problem when you set a new conf folder for pyspark beyond the one by default
(this is one located in $SPARK_HOME). The problem is that you can use the loaded jars with
the build notebooks, but you can't acces the jars from the oskar-spark notebooks. Furthermore,
when you apply "maven install", the build notebooks get erased. So I had to edit oskar-app/pom
in order to replace those notebooks at "oskar-spark" before we erase everything in the
build folder.

There is some issue trying to connect "oskar-spark" notebooks with BUILD configuration,
and if you want to work with the BUILD notebooks the changes will be deleted whenever you
mvn install because it restores BUILD folder with his notebooks. So I made some POM CODE
in case you wantt to work there. In this situation, BUILD notebooks will be copied into
oskar-spark before it gets restored.

…ency version opencb#13

this way we will be able to work from this folder's notebook using the shell scripts. Also we've modified POM's Biodata version to 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT.
