Main goals for this release are:
- to implement GA4GH Avro and Parquet data converters for BAM and VCF (Linux and Hadoop supported)
- to implement basic BAM stats and coverage using MapReduce
- to have a functional command line for Linux and Hadoop use cases
- others: migrate to Java 8, migrate to Apache License v2, performance improvements and many bug fixes
