description	I am the elder of my 3 sisters and 1 brother Doug because falsely accused by ex girlfriend/mother of his 2 children,+3 of the ex girlfriend by 3 fathers whom I read in her divorce/custody paperwork by( accident) whom had same accusations of sexual assault and as with my brother Doug until she was given full custody of all children. Ex girlfriend didn't want to turn her oldest son(15/16)yrs old at the time a 911 call made by her oldest daughter(12/13)reporting the oldest brother sexually assaulting the brother age (8/9) the charges accusing my brother Doug in 2007 dismissed or no further investigation Detective knew figured out the ex girlfriend coached the children as Detective watched the show CSI? The mother basted her accusations towards defendant Doug. And now17years later the same charges brought back up by my youngest sister and her gr daughter and Detective who is not a honest person and prosecutor and same judge that prosecutor was found Judicial Misconduct in2015 . My brother is being sentenced in two days no defense by his Public Defender at all, he was held in lock down the majority of all 2024 until jury trial found him guilty, prosecutor had2007 discovery by the same judge of2015 prosecutor misconduct ,the2007 discovery disappeared and our other sisters door kicked completely down (her home husband bought for her &their children) judge signed motions, warrants, Dec16,2023 about5-7 that prosecutor and Detective put in front of him, judge was not original in this case the prosecutor put in for substitution to get this same judge she had on her side always and at my brother trial, p.d.wouldn't not call any witnesses or allow for my brother to speak on his innocence, P.D.also agree to have the original discovery in the first time suppressed without defendant knowledge until to late he has never asked for a continuation and his P.D. would not go see him or return family calls, please help me with a motion or petition as I do know alittle because love always wanted to do law work and did but put in jail yrs ago for illegal practice and I didn't want be in trouble but please can you guide me so I have to save an innocent mans life they plan on 100years each count, [email protected] God Bless You All
