Hi!
Thanks for your contribution intent!
There's an ongoing discussion/implementation in the direction of making Oh My Fish independent of a central repository for plugins and themes.
That means this PR — along with many others — would be superseded by another submitted to lilyball/nix-env.fish, adding a piece of instruction on how to install such plugin on Oh My Fish.
