As user, I want to pass the survey to find out whether I'm at risk

• User clicks “Опитування” button on the start fragment and application shows fragment with a survey.
• First, a user is given information about the purposes of the survey.
• After clicking on button “Розпочати тест” user see the first question and has ability to answer “ТАК” or “НІ”.
• Depending on the answer user see next question.
• Having answered all the questions, the user gets instruction what to do in this situation.
• Survey result is stored in the database.

As user, I want to call the rescue team in an emergency situation

• User runs the application and application shows start fragment;
• User clicks "SOS" button that calls configured number from the Settings fragment.
