Title

U+03D5 ϕ /phiSymbol in NotoSansMono should have a stroked glyph like in Noto Sans.

Font

NotoSansMono[wdth,wght].ttf and other NotoSansMono otf/ttf from https://github.com/notofonts/latin-greek-cyrillic/releases/tag/NotoSansMono-v2.012

Issue

ɸφϕ in NotoSansMono where ϕ should look like ɸ 0278 instead of φ 03C6 (in this font) because U+03D5 ϕ is a math symbol with an expected stroked glyph shape. The Unicode chart notes: "used as a technical symbol, with a stroked glyph".
