behaviac for lua with blackboard, tick and json

Features

• Using blackboard and tick instead of task
• Add json plugin to help debug
• Enum is not fullly supported yet
• Bson format is prefered, then the json format, does not support other formats
• Set debugger.lua "enable_debugger = true" to enable debugger(online debugging only, NO offline debugging through log file)
