Calibration diagnostics in new post-processing

For the new post-processing, need to add diagnostic buttons probably here for calibration stuff:

For NOMAD, the diagnostics that we would like to produce are in the following document from the beamline-specific reduction routines "contents of the diagnostics folder.docx"

The "big" plots we would like for calibration are:

• Run_cali diagnostic plot #120 2d plot of calibration (Run_cali)
• Run_diatest diagnostic plot #121 plots of applying calibration to data that was used (Run_diatest) (will need to have the total scattering reduction to get to S(Q) -> g(r))
  mantid_total_scatering
• Run_visalign diagnostic plots #122 Individual pixel fitting results Run_visalign plots

not currently needed

• Run_autoiparm
• Run_qdep (note: broken in current plots)
