Analysing TIP seq data with the nf core cutandrun pipeline

All TIP-seq data generated in the lab is processed using the nf-core/cutandrun pipeline. Detailed tutorials for running this pipeline are available on the lab's Labstep under the "Protocols" section. Contact Nathan if you do not have access to Labstep.
